Store Managers should possess a goal:oriented, success driven mentality through integrity, and
personal responsibility. The SM will be customer service oriented and help to build business by
developing an excellent reputation for our store in providing attentive, helpful, and friendly
service through creating the best customer experience. SMs will have a good grasp of, product
knowledge, accessories, special promotions, product prices, and overall great offers. In order to
maximize the potential of the SMs, he/she should have: great leadership skills, be a good
communicator, and have a, I can over exceed the sales goals attitude through leading by
example.
Job Responsibilities:
:Be a Team Leader and Motivator
:Lead by Example
:Recruit, Train, Develop and Mentor employees
:Be able to work in a fast:paced environment using Manager in Motion techniques to provide the best customer experience in wireless
:Responsible for Daily/Weekly/Monthly Store Operations, Processes and Procedures
:Meet Deadlines and Communication requirements/expectations
:Build a positive, goal oriented, exceptional customer service, environment
:Enforcement of Company Policies and Procedures (to include disciplines)
:Manage SSC schedules/store hours, time off requests, DAILY
:Implementation of weekly Store Events to help drive Sales Traffic
:Work with employees to increase overall store profitability
:Meet and exceed set company goals and Store Metrics
:Observe customer sales interactions with all store employees to provide positive and constructive feedback
:Daily and weekly inventory control over all store products and transactions
:Maintain knowledge of up:and:coming technologies and trends
:Conduct Weekly Store Meetings
:Conduct One on Ones and Evaluations with staff
:Maintain Clean, Audit Compliant environment
:Work with DM and RSM in teamwork environment in all aspects of job responsibilities
The Ideal Candidate:
:Applicant must be employed with Adcomm:Digitel for a minimum of 90 days and have completed all training including 61:90 and ASC certification
:Some College Courses preferred and/or 1 year relative Retail/Manager experience
:Advanced computer skills, Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
:Expert knowledge of sales and marketing techniques of product and services
:High level of Customer Service and Sales Management skills
:Advanced knowledge of Point:of:Sale, Customer Service Tracking systems
:Financial, inventory, auditing, and performance review reports
:Human Resource Management techniques and understanding
:Strong written and verbal Communication skills; ability to communicate and motivate to company goals and expectations
:Provide a Business Plan at time of interview
:Willing to submit to a background check
