Growing Property Management Company Seeking Property Manager (Suffolk / Portsmouth) Growing property management company has an immediate opening for a Property Manager. The property manager will be responsible for speaking with prospects, scheduling appointments, resident relations, leasing, processing applications, preparing leases and overall supervision of the property. Other responsibilities include marketing the property, processing basic payables, conducting move ins, property inspections, resolving resident concerns and other tasks assigned from time to time. Must be able to communicate professionally orally and in writing. Experience in Property Management and working with Yardi Software is a plus, but were mostly looking for a self:starter and hard:workerHours would be 8 am : 5 pm Monday through Friday. Time and light travel split between Portsmouth and Suffolk, as well as the occasional trip to the Richmond office. Great Richmond Based Company with amazing culture, environment, and support staff.
